As a heartfelt thank you to our community, we are now offering Sunday Flow Yoga — complimentary every Sunday at 12:00 PM at Realistic Health & Wellness 
Led by Kara Karnyski, this gentle Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class is designed to help you reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and move into your week with intention.
What to expect:

Leave feeling aligned and renewed
Whether you are brand new to yoga or have an established practice, all levels are welcome. This is a safe, supportive space to move, breathe, and simply come as you are.
Please bring a yoga mat and water, extras are available.

Step into the Sacred Women’s Circle with Carrie Regina A space to be witnessed, supported, and held. Connect, reflect, and leave feeling lighter, aligned, and seen.
For thousands of years, women have gathered in circles to share stories, wisdom, grief, laughter, and healing. There is something profoundly powerful about sitting in a space where you can be fully seen and fully accepted.This will be a sacred, supportive, and judgment-free space where women can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves and each other.

Join us for an evening of conversation, reflection, and connection with Carla Michele, spiritual guide and founder of The Tinctured Spirit.
Carla has spent many years on a deeply personal healing journey, exploring multiple cultural healing practices and plant medicines. Through her work, she helps others alchemize wounds into wisdom and remember their wholeness.
One of the plant allies she works with for deeper reflection and shadow work is plant medicine, creating space for honest self-inquiry, presence, and meaningful conversation.

Join us for our monthly scheduled evening of deep reset, nervous system support, and intentional healing at Realistic Health & Wellness Dispensary.
On Friday, June 19, 2026 | 6:30–8:00 PM, we’re hosting a guided experience that blends breath-work and the soothing resonance of tuning forks—two powerful, non-invasive practices that help the body unwind, release tension, and return to balance.
Stephanie from Mindful Awakening will lead our group through a breath-work session designed to help you drop out of the busy mind and into the body. Through structured, intentional breathing, you’ll be guided to create space—emotionally, mentally, and physically—so you can feel calmer, clearer, and more connected.
As an added bonus, Kristie from Rooted Naturopathy will weave in the healing support of tuning forks, using gentle sound frequencies to encourage relaxation and energetic alignment. Many people describe tuning forks as “a massage for the nervous system”—subtle, calming, and deeply grounding.
This is a supportive, welcoming experience led by an experienced team in a safe environment where you can simply arrive as you are.
