Led by Kara Karnyski, this welcoming Vinyasa Flow class is designed for all experience levels. No matter where you are in your wellness journey, you’ll find a supportive environment where you can move at your own pace and leave feeling refreshed, centered, and empowered.

For thousands of years, women have gathered in circles to share stories, wisdom, grief, laughter, and healing. There is something profoundly powerful about sitting in a space where you can be fully seen and fully accepted.This will be a sacred, supportive, and judgment-free space where women can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves and each other.

Step away from the stress of daily life and reconnect with your body through Soulful Stretch: Reset & Restore. This gentle, all-levels class is designed to improve mobility, release tension, and support nervous system regulation through mindful movement, stretching, breath awareness, and relaxation.
The class begins with standing movements and mobility exercises to awaken the body, increase circulation, and create ease in the joints and muscles. We will then transition to the mat for gentle stretches, restorative movement, and calming techniques that help shift the body from a state of stress into a state of rest and restoration.
The class concludes with a peaceful guided meditation, allowing you to fully integrate the practice and leave feeling grounded, centered, and renewed
Chakradance: A Journey of Movement, Healing & Self-Discovery

Chakradance is a movement-based healing practice where adults explore emotions, inner awareness, and self-expression through free-flow dance, the chakra system, and guided imaginative meditation journeys.
It is a dance of self-discovery—a safe and nurturing space to move with what you feel, release what no longer serves you, and gently return to balance and wholeness.
Often described as a meditation in motion, Chakradance combines guided and spontaneous movement, helping you reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms and innate wisdom.
Through music, intuitive movement, active imagination, and the chakra system, Chakradance supports the connection of body, mind, spirit, emotions, and soul. It is an invitation to come home to yourself—to listen within, awaken your inner wisdom, and allow healing to unfold naturally.
