Step into the Sacred Women’s Circle with Carrie Regina 

A space to be witnessed, supported, and held. Connect, reflect, and leave feeling lighter, aligned, and seen. 

 When: 2nd Tuesday of every month
 Where: 9570 Transit Road, East Amherst (Realistic Health & Wellness Cannabis Dispensary)

This circle is donation-based — pay what you can, all hearts are welcome.

 For thousands of years, women have gathered in circles to share stories, wisdom, grief, laughter, and healing. There is something profoundly powerful about sitting in a space where you can be fully seen and fully accepted.

This will be a sacred, supportive, and judgment-free space where women can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves and each other.

 There is something powerful that happens when women gather with intention — when we speak honestly, listen deeply, and realize we are not alone in what we are carrying.

Our time together will be simple and meaningful.  A space for sharing, listening, reflection, and reconnecting with our own inner wisdom. I may occasionally introduce gentle grounding practices to help us settle into the space, but the heart of the circle is connection.

You don’t need to have anything figured out to come.
You don’t need to be “spiritual enough.”
You don’t need to be anything other than yourself.
Just arrive as you are.

This space is about authenticity, compassion, and remembering that we don’t have to walk through life alone.

Sometimes healing begins simply by sitting in a circle and realizing you’re not alone.
