This gentle, all-levels class is designed to improve mobility, release tension, and support nervous system regulation through mindful movement, stretching, breath awareness, and relaxation.
The class begins with standing movements and mobility exercises to awaken the body, increase circulation, and create ease in the joints and muscles. We will then transition to the mat for gentle stretches, restorative movement, and calming techniques that help shift the body from a state of stress into a state of rest and restoration.
The class concludes with a peaceful guided meditation, allowing you to fully integrate the practice and leave feeling grounded, centered, and renewed.
